Pilates

Pilates is a total body workout method which was developed by Joseph Pilates during the First World War.

Pilates believed our physical and mental health is intertwined. His exercise program is designed around principles supporting this philosophy – including concentration, precision, control, breathing and flowing movement.

In contrast to other disciplines, Pilates is centered on whole body conditioning. 

The challenge lies in the creativity of the instructor to assess the needs of the client - it requires a great deal of experience and adaptability on the part of the instructor to ensure a workout that never gets boring or stayed. 

We take our responsibility to the Joseph Pilates method seriously and respect the approach as it was intended. 

Pilates is your base level to go on and enjoy your other activities with renewed energy, strength, flexibility, stamina and co-ordination.
